Belgravia Mews Case Study

This Belgravia Mews was purchased as a dilapidated set of double garages with an external storeroom and a 600 sqft apartment above. The roof was in poor condition and had been leaking for many years.

We delivered...

an elegant two bedroom Pied a Terre over three floors complete with underfloor heating, comfort cooling, bespoke kitchen & joinery throughout, media room, automated heating, cooling, windows and blinds. Parking for two cars was provided with a stacker which accommodates a RangeRover and another full-sized sedan and we managed to get consent to gate the mews, creating absolute privacy.  A rare accomplishment in Westminster.

Key highlight: We were required to excavate the entire footprint of the property to create another floor with an international accounting firm on one party wall and the special needs class at St Peters Eton Square PrimarySchool on the other. The excavation was carried out successfully with constant communication keeping us and our neighbours on good terms throughout the build.
