As the In-House construction arm of a bespoke developer with 15 years of High-End development experience, we pride ourselves in the ability to offer bespoke and innovative design at all price points and the procurement channels to deliver on time and to budget.
All projects are managed by a dedicated project manager who sets out a schedule of works and project program. We run an open book so clients have the ability to maintain control of costs and payments and the timing of each build is completely transparent due to ongoing weekly communication.
Our site managers report to a dedicated Project Manger on a weekly basis and our directors are personally on site multiple times a week. We are judged on the quality of our work and pride ourselves in delivering a good job on time and to budget.
