We specialise in bespoke refurbishment projects

Who are we?

Medici Projects is a project based contractor specialising in intricate jobs that other contractors normally shy away from. Our team cut their teeth working on heritage buildings in conservations area’s so we are no strangers to sensitive projects and consider ourselves a ‘safe set of hands’ with a can do, will do work ethic.

Our scope covers all general building disciplines with a focus in lighting & automation, bespoke  joinery and roofing. For many years we acted as a "finishing team" after main contractors had delivered larger projects in order to bring the level of "finish" up to our clients exacting standards of quality. More recently, we source our own work by referral, a practice we aim to continue.

Projects range from design and installation of exterior art installations to bespoke kitchens, bar units and walk-in wardrobes. On the heavier end, we can deliver basement excavation and full residential rebuilds and leadwork that would make the Victorians proud. We draw on the experience and resources of the team at Kalkwarf Architects so our private clients have the unique advantage of an experienced design team offering guidance and direction rather than merely engaging a regular builder.
